Quinns Rocks is situated 34 kms north of Perth on the Sunshine Coast with its pristine beaches. Marinas, trendy bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping centres. It boasts a wonderful climate and the hot summer days are cooled by sea breezes.
A fabulous four course breakfast is included and may be taken in our elegant dining room or Al Fresco overlooking the garden and pool area. Use of the pool and loungers is permitted as is the pool table, lounges, gas barbecue. Internet access is available.
 There are two guest rooms, one twin bedded and one a double and each overlooks the swimming pool. The bathroom with a shower and bath are shared. The guests toilet is adjacent to the bathroom.
